What happens when you try this? ~Paul Ektoogenjip 2.Dec.03 12:49 AM a Web browser Applications Development 6.0.2 CF2Windows XP
Joe,
After hours of investigation I don't think it is a problem with Editdocument rather ctrl-e, ctrl-s, ctrl-e. I can reproduce a similar problem in the std 6.0.1 mail file.
Can you do this:
1) Open any email in the inbox with ctrl-e (document is opened in edit mode)
2) Don't change anything but do a ctrl-s.
3) Ctrl-e again to put the document back into view mode.
4) You are asked to send the email, just press 'Save Only' or 'Discard'
5) the document should be and is in view mode correct?
6) Look at the action buttons. They should be showing [New Memo], [Reply] etc... since the document in now in View mode. But they still show the [Send], [Send and File] etc. edit actions. Also the To, cc, bcc and subject fields have gone all odd.
This can also be reproduced by;
1) Open any email in the inbox double click
2) modify the email and ctrl-s to save it.
3) Ctrl-e again to put the document back into view mode.
4) 'Save Only' or 'Discard'
Same result.
What happens when you try it? I hope you get the same result or our environment's got a nasty serious rash :-(
